There's alot of things that could of happen it appears from the email if real that JS was fustarated by his so called response. But if it real then show us the time stamp and e mail heading thats what I need to see before making decision.

believe what you want,, everything here is open to question, just because that was his reponse to you, doesn't mean ND has not established aline of communication with JS. The only fact we do have is JS has never filed anything to the contrary to his last, that shows Matvishen was in default. This deal has been a complete mess from the start , MM could have cleared all this up long ago, there are people here that have trouble with the truth and ND is not on the list.
