Usualy when a company goes through a reverse merger like we are about to find out, it gets released with an 8K. Just like jeff did with the NHSH shell. Jeff announced he bought the shell with an 8K and I will assume the Centa news will be in the same form of 8K.

Thats the official way and the way James wants to do things.

We need that news ASAP for the open tomorrow. I want to see Joe Squezzzede.
