for those that abstained from handing in a ballot, are not entitled to distribution until releases given, at which time you will need to file w-9, if you wait that long; but if you sell shares before distribution you won't need w-9, that is if pps runs on news of distribution to a point of accepted value before lock down and you sell before a lock down

But if I bought all of Jerle's WAMPQ shares today @ $14.1 and made $500.00 a share, It wouldn't matter I would still have to pay 28% or $140.00 to net $360.00 a share, Right? Hmmmmmmmm sounds good to me?
