H3 - nothwithstanding Xbig's point, I would still encourage you call.

Its your money and important for at least one person to confirm such news. From all accounts anyway, its seems the auditor is willing to take calls from people, like maddtrader and amy, and answer questions.

H3, sorry dont have priv msgn..but, as I understood it, they were delisted when it became material that the filings were not legitimate and a subsequent refiling with an approved auditor was needed. So, any late filing now would not have any further negative impact listing-wise.
