Where is your chart or data to support this statement? Have asked numerous times for your supportive data but you never post anything.

This chart does not show your statement to be likely. Rather it shows a recent mild uptrend (especially for those with paid StockCharts who can see all of the indicators). One that most can't see is the steady accumulation since April 18th (the Accum/Dist indicator):
