Don't know what to think. I do think that this should become a 'long': A new, national product with PR's one after the other over time. I can't figure out the 'low' .03 pps. Like I said, I have to dig here & find some kind of an answer. Anybody got an answer to help put the pps in perspective? If it is a buy at all you'd think 3 cents is a steal.
