this would be a true statement imo. When OTC shells go for $500K area, no one is "just going to cancel shares" and walk away from that revenue one way or the other,,,it will be sold. Besides, that's just how its done in OTC land imo. One way or another, some company will inhabit this ticker and that is called a reverse merger. if it turns out to be related to Pivotal, all the merrier!!! in the meantime, it's a vuuuury tradable sitch with big upside potential. with this low s-structure and super hot chart set-up $cgsyq is huge play in the making
