Rule, you have to remember these numbers are based on core samples that are like sticking a straw in a chocolate chip cake. You may get a chip, and then again you may not. But there ARE chips in there. So a projection is really the only way they can come up with any number. Until they actually start mining and milling, the numbers are "educated guesses". From what I have seen, CGFI is a pretty conservative group. I don't feel they are giving "wags".
You don't get guarantees with any stock, least of all pinks, so you are correct to be cautious. GLTA!
