lol, HESG to DA MOOn! I want this stock to rise just like anyone else since i own it but its funny to read some posts on this board. But to answer your question No, but when a stock acts like HESG they have good reason to believe so.
I agree because otherwise the MM's and Brokers can get together and control the supply and demand of a pennystock or any stock for that matter. Unfortunately, that is exactly what they do and get away with so far.
