Bottom line is if you believe in QASP and the plan going forward then you shouldnt give a crap on who takes the Swap or not.

If you and you associates are truly here to build value in QASP then prove it by announcing a Buyback and putting out a PR that there will be No R/S and the A/S will remain at 1.5 Billion.


The fact that Joe blatantly said "QASP IS TOAST" lets every single shareholder out there know that it is in our best interest to stay as far away as Joe as possible.

Why dont you tell everyone the deal on the table you currently are working with Joe on. My guess it involves Massive Dilution and a continued pounding on QASP shares.

Also make sure in your plan that No Preferred shares are issued and that the Common Shareholders can vote the Board or CEO out with voting rights.

Joe has tried to take away the Common shareholders voting rights and that is crap.

So back up you bold statements with a Immediate Buyback and maybe you will convince shareholders to stay away from the Swap.

Also if you do make a Deal with whomever make sure 100 percent of your shares are Restricted for 2 years if you believe in the future of QASP.

Kwan, read all your posts. The one item that NO ONE from the Joe side will address is the manner in which a Board of Directors changed. And I have a guess as to why. Because the Written Consent of the Shareholders in Lieu of a Meeting is CRAP and they know it.

They tried to change the articles of incorporation to include voting rights for the preferreds MONTHS after the written consent fiasco? Hmmmm. That right there tells me the written consent by the holders of the preferreds was INVALID because they didn't have voting rights. Follow then that ALL filings made by Quasar which includes a new articles of incorporation, a PR including appointment of a new CEO, new board members and several other items are all FRAUDULENT because they were not done by people who represent Quasar.

The only thing I find interesting is how the players that were involved in helping Dean perpetuate his scam and his lies and his blatant disregard for the people that invested in his vision are now here claiming to have been innocent the whole time. WE were lied to. BOLDLY to say the least. Now all of a sudden after years of this the same people that helped run this scam are now using IHUB to profess their innocence?! SERIOUSLY? If anyones name is atatched to QASP and how it has been run then they are NOT innocent by ANY means and should be under the scrutiny of the public they scammed. Period. No amount of "I didn't know Sir" posts will change that. Nor the "Gosh Sir, you don't know the whole truth" - You friggin THINK we don't know the whole truth?!!! It was meant to be that way from the beginning. Let the chips fall where they may but absolution will NEVER come for some that look for it...
