There is NO need to raise any more $$$ at these levels than absolutely neccessary to fund short term AFE's. Any success with the new wells would enhance Seaohtoo's PV10. Higher PV10=higher price if nothing else in a simple world.

Ed, with all due respect....if they can not fund the 2011 budget with internal funds, then they need to raise the full amount they need. To go back to the market on a continual basis is a very back move. Fund the expected budget in full. Failure to do so will look very negatively on the SP.
