You need to consider that the 20 ton has a limit imposed on it by the DEC, JB has stated the processor can take more and likely well once the new permits are approved. Also, the new processors are 30 ton, not 20 ton and again, they can take more than the 30 tons mentioned. I agree with you in that they are no where near to the point that they can make enough naphtha, the contract is up to and the company is more than willing, I'll bet, to get such high grade naphtha from JBI.
