Well put Ed. One thing that was left out was that XBOR has no lease maintenence. VERY attractive for most companies. The XBOR acreage has been largely dormant for 20+ years. There has been comment on "unwarranted premiums" to PV-10. If there was ever a reason to apply a premium, it would be on 30,000+ acres in the Permian and no lease clock. Competitors hitting 1,000/bpday on and near the XBOR land (unexploited land) is undisputed. What has held this acreage position back for 20+ years???? Cash!
