I think this week has been a combo of the new Sec rules and now this news. The company is doing what it needs to in order to 1. become current on financials 2. progress the program through the final legs of consistent production.

Personally, I find that buying when the crowd isn't on the bandwagon is the best time. Otherwise, you're chasing the ask... and I hate doing that.
