Credit? Please share what you find from Dun&Bradstreet!
It was my understanding that PV stopped borrowing from 3rd parties and personally became the source of “loans” and/or raised required operating expenses through the selling of new common stock shares quite some time ago. Why pay others when you can pay yourself interest on required capital operating monies/expenses and/or get it for free in the market place?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092083/000107258810000152/def14c.txt ….. raised the Authorized Share ceiling (x 6.666) from 300Mil to 2Bil mid-year 2010 and had the A/S maximized out by the year-end (5 - 6 months later) late December 2010 when the 1-200 R/S of the Common Shares transition occurred.
Seriously, it would be interesting to learn if, or if not, Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. has an opinion &/or report on any PV affiliated company.
IMstrongO this is a trade/flip stock, not one to entrust your monies to long term.
