The reports are due on May 15th. Why is it acceptable to be late?

That is the issue! I do expect them by the 15th and to be on time. My goodness, we have an in house accountant that has had 45 days to get the figures together. If DA does not get them out in time, I see .00018 or lower. DA just has to get something done on time to increase investors trust.
