well looks like that 50 million went directly to NITE which just gives them more shares to hold us back a bit. on your comment regarding share structure it is up to an educated guess since specifics havnt been told by the company for a while. it should be included in the upcoming 10-Q. Given the volume and the amount of short shares and some other factors from reading in between the lines the company (my best educated guess) is most likely around 1-1.5 billion O/S with 2 billion A/S. However, even if that is the case this stock is still seriously UNDERVALUED, if it gets released to us and somehow its lower than what I expect it should increase the PPS significantly. Go NWMT!
