I remember one POS penny stock I was in. I used to check the State of Nevada site regularly, and every month the A/S kept going up, up, and up. So I am pretty sure we locked down that $3 billion is abosolute worse case scenerio which is not bad at all. With the pending merger, I don't see them messing around with the share structure anytime soon.
We could run into the .10-.50 cent range pretty quickly with the right buyers coming in if the company executes what we all think they will. IMO
