sounded good to me,
if I find out more will post as I get it, imo, they got to put this Gendarme mess behind them to get clearance back for all, chill was enacted when the SEC charged Gendarme, so once that is settled/won then it seems the chill can be lifted, as RCCH was not charged in any way by the SEC.
