Hey AH

LVLT fundamentals

Honestly AH - the fund look pretty terrible to me. While there are a few bright spots, they do have the worst in their sub-sector for many things, including net margin. Return on equity is negative a couple hundred percent. On the plus side they have better than expected earning nearly 60% of the time and this is now a trend to consider IMO. Also, estimates are looking VERY good going forward for revenues which is why I believe, in part, is responsible for the good move in pps we've seen so far this year.

Without going into all the numbers individually, I would not even come close to recommending this as a fundamental play. That does not mean it is not still a good play to be in as the TA is looking good - heck another 9% gain again today! It most definitely has strong momentum now. And with the acquisition of GLBC their fund. would start to look better. But remember that IMO this is still a risky play as the stock can be volatile.

Let me know if you want to discuss any individual fund and we will look at them together bud!

Hey AH -

One last thing before I go to bed about how I look at fundamentals. While most of my schooling had to deal with crunching the numbers, what I want to relate to you is that we need to "look into the future" to see what events and/or conditions exist/will exist that will affect the future numbers that we will crunch. Just as the numbers were not stellar for GT when I told the board that they should have a good year, conditions existed that lead me to believe that the numbers "in the future" would be significantly different. And similar conditions may exist for this stock. So we need to look at not just the numbers that are reflecting the past, but what conditions/events that are/will occur to significantly change these numbers/ratios.

Did I explain that ok?
