Not sure there is much material difference between the e-mail and the conversations, he clearly cannot state that the possibility of future dilution is off the table in an e-mail. Also it is probable that the timing of the next pr is in flux. Would expect that a written e-mail would be more subdued than one might pick up in a conversation. Time will tell. Would appreciate a few panic share donations this morning, if anyone is interested! :)
