As is the case of any publicly traded company, I can only talk about what is in the public domain or material information the company can support and release to the public. I am not aware of any further dilution. The acquisition is moving forward. There has been some recent delays in getting information in and out of Japan due to the crisis there. I have known Kuni since 2007/08 and consider him an honorable person. I am sorry you feel that Kuni asking me to respond is a step down. As such, this will be my last communication with you.
