That's how penny stocks work!? PUMPING and DUMPING! If you get caught in the middle, you will be the bag holder for sometimes, however it's good time to average down. As long as, this one does not go to RS stage, then you are fine. I witness lot of pink companies have been quiet for over 9 months, but it has had 3 or 4 break-out from 001 to 003 every other month. So hang in there, once the deeper pocket traders done loading up their boat, they will unleash this dog!
