No, it does not validate anything,cpner49er.
Your DD is NOT accurate. Almost like a shotgun blast wildly missing the target but doing some damage anyway.
CTYX came into existence back in 2007 by reverse merger and the first split WAS forward NOT reverse.
•Capital Change=shs increased by 10 for 1 split Ex-date=11/29/2007. Rec date=11/19/2007. Pay date=11/28/2007.
•Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 50 split. Pay date=08/23/2010
Yes, CTYX did raise quite a bit of money in it's early stages since 2007 causing extreme dilution, (especially in 2010) and decided that a 1/50 reverse split would get the company share structure back into a manageable state. They could have easily increased the authorized and diluted even more like Medefile which has an O/S in the billions and will eventually R/S.
1/50 reverse? That certainly was not as painful as some 1/1000 or even more that other companies out there do routinely.
Tell me why the CTYX O/S has not grown significantly since the Reverse almost 10 months ago? Where's the massive dilution you are speaking about?
There are only about 40+ million shares out there today versus 1.1 Billion before the R/S and it's trading HIGHER post reverse! Couldn't ask for anything better!
My DD shows CTYX in it's current state has been laying a solid foundation, all while using it's public share structure in a responsible way. IMO, CTYX is a diamond in the rough just waiting for the opportune moment to give shareholders a true value for their investment.
