What exactly was Kendrick supposed to have said on the record for the shareholder meeting?

"I would have loved to have been here and met all you but if I did I wouldn't have any credibility left to run the P&Ds after I take over"?

Better question...why did only Kendrick have to release a statement at all? None of the other potential "candidates" did. Not all of them were there. If someone had asked they could have simply said "He was called away on business at the last minute..." and this conversation would probably have never occurred. Gee, do you suppose it was to "lead" shareholders in a specific direction? A little sleight of hand to draw attention away from the other hand lifting shareholder's wallets? DUH....

Has it ever occurred that 100% of the information being used to back the perspective on the company that they are NOT being a bunch of misleading con artists relies solely on information from the people being suspected of being misleading con artists? Sort of like using Ponzi as the only witness against himself at the trial and expecting the results to be credible to normal, intelligent, sane people? There seems to be a small part MISSING from that PR statement that was used:

:"The company has identified its candidate for its currently vacant CEO position, and the candidate is currently employed by the company."

You know, the little part that said the CEO would be named no later than January 1, 2011? Over four months ago? Oh yeah the router. The router delayed the naming of the CEO. Well that makes no sense as the router had exactly zero to do with the naming of the new CEO...who could have been a great help in the crisis supposedly judging by the inept manner in which it was handled. So we invent the balance sheet BS out of complete thin air. The balance sheet had to "be perfect" before we could name the CEO. But that makes no sense since the entire purpose behind putting a new CEO in Harr's position is to correct the problems with the balance sheet. So we re-write history:

Answer..Yes.."he" is still employed with us and will be the new CEO when we are ready to announce the change..

LOL....SO...when the situation makes no sense, just keep making things up, floating new timelines and re-writing history and maybe eventually the lies will be forgotten. All IMHO.
