Why is that significant?

Because, what would be the need for it and why would Keevil authorize the expense for it if Nio Star was not coming to fruition?

Seems like that is perhaps the biggest hint we've gotten as to the scope of our development here.

I believe it is possible that Scott has several developments and accomplishments completed and in his back pocket as he accumulates others for the ultimate launch. I think he perhaps perceives accomplishing one deliverable and initiating a launch, and then thinks, it would be better if I can go get this next thing done as well. This might well explain some of the miscommunication we may have experienced in the past. In combination with probable NDAs, his advisors and Dahlman Rose’s advice, a CTO that is still in place, and the potential short position, this makes sense. But the time is quickly coming where his basket of goodies is full and he says lets get on with it.

No one really knows what's going on with Scott and SRSR. Rather than communicating with shareholders, he let's you all guess at what he's doing.

At some point, he needs to deliver the goods.

Onta, if you mentioned CTO, as per Merle the management (Scott) has not submitted the required documents to BC. It is more than a year when it was issued, and Merle seems he does not take it as a harm. So, I understand that they work seriously on more important things and do not waste time and money on unnecessary issues. BTW, Merle yesterday noticed that lawyers have been working on spinoff.
