philo.. hard to believe isn't it?? If you look at the edig pr dated 2-22-04 Atul clearly states that there will be (expected)significant business generated from the kino platform over the next two quarters. Well..the next two quarters are just about up, so I sent RP an e-mail if they still stood by their guidance from that pr.. Like I didn't know what he was going to say.. His answer was that their guidance was given with the best possible info that they had at the time, but the guidance that shareholders should follow is the latest from last week.. Which by the way has no decent overtones of any succuss. I then told him that their guidance SUCKS, and for the last five years the old guidance and their statements always falls flat on their face only to have a different statement of guidance to appear after the previous statements never ever come to fruition. Shareholders need to put the screws to these stumblebums, and get them outta there. This latest "guidance" clearly shows that Falk and the marketing team are as inept as ever.
