Acquisition can be a purchase or a purchase by another on behalf of the company. It also can be a long-term lease or a lease-back agreement. Lots of meanings for acquire. One can acquire the rights to a facility on a long-term or short-term lease or purchase basis.

If the company were still looking to contract manufacturing, that would have been stated differently, yes. The point I was making is that the plan I believe was in place in 2007 was only to have a contract for manufacture ready should the need for accelerated approval had materialized. Obviously, in spite of spectacular results, that accelerated approval didn't happen. THe company and Seymour have signal a new plan is in place, which includes acquisition of a facility.

I don't see how any previous arrangements change with the acquisition of a building since that building could take a year or more before it's ready and certified following production of 3 test batches.
