Lol, what made you think they would announce reverse merger immediately after the 8k was filed? While that's certainly possible, it's more likely to be announced within a few weeks rather than days. Depends on many factors. It sure looks like it's going to happen though! Once the PR comes out, it's too late to get cheap shares. It will gap up big time and keep going! The investing public as a whole is not aware of this opportunity yet.
