Who provided them with a 500 million dollar credit line ? No reputable financial institution that I have ever heard of is going to provide a company like SDVI with such limited resources 500 million dollars.

Do you know how this 500 million came into being or came about ?

Your answer will be most interesting. I bet it was probably from a group of banks like JPMORGAN-CHASE, GOLDMANSAKS, BANK OF AMERICA, CITI GROUP, ETC.
