No. you'll get a partial fill for any amount they choose then their ask will go up. They can even raise their ask when they see a large buy order come in and give you none. Becuase they can on sudden high demand

If the market maker is not on the computer at that second yes, but more likely than not, most of those shares are not for sale at .0041 and will disappear as fast as they appeared.

ETMM has a reputation for attempting to manipulate PPS and this is a classic example.

In the meantime, they are succeeding in getting the weak hands to sell. But that won't last for long.
