ACTC will experience a r/s which is necessary to move this to a level that exposes it to institutional capitol. ACTC needs cash to fund R&D and clinical trials. Penny retail is not going to cut it.
The present $308 mln share value can't even pay the entire cost of these two trials, leaving ACTC hoping for CIRM grant money would be awarded to them.
That embarrassing financial revelation cost us a 6 month delay in these initial key two trials.
