People need to understand that GRBT is a low risk play in terms of a reverse split and dilution compared to other stocks with a higher A/S.

Everyone wants news. I like the fact the company isn't putting out a p.r. just to pump, it supports Baxter saying he doesn't believe in pump and dump schemes.

When I last spoke with Baxter, he was very excited about the Encapsulated Vortex Technology (EVT).

I asked him about a possibility of a reverse split.

He made clear he was satisfied with the 2 billion A/S they currently have which to me pretty much rules out a reverse split.

He also made it clear he doesn't believe in pump n dump schemes.

This pretty much rules out the claim of dilution by the company.

Baxter confirmed the license sell and stated the fees are being paid and up to date.

Baxter went on to say that the licensee is very happy with the Encapsulated Vortex Technology (EVT) and is spending money developing products to bring to the market very soon.
(which is stated in p.r.)

My take on the conversation:

1. No reverse split in 2011

2. No dilution

3. License fee no amount but good money

4. Production is on the way to marketing
