Villarreal Jr. was Chairman of Grand Monarch Holdings (PR of 1 Sept 2010) which was what led to him showing up in Empire, but as regards ownership of GMH it was apparently Ballantyne's plaything.

Not that it really matters, except with GMH now departed the scene the original reason for Villarreal Jr. having joined no longer applies.

It's amusing that these Directors can be heralded with such fanfare on their appointment but exit with hardly a murmur.
