#536 RE: SupaMario910 #535

"On April 18, 2011, Megola, Inc. CEO Joel Gardner misrepresented his access to, and ownership rights, over the Hartindo AF21 Anti-fire Inhibitor product. Contrary to Megola, Inc.'s public statements, Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN BHD founder and Managing Director Randall Hart has no relationship with 1771601 Ontario, Inc., nor has Randall Hart sold Newstar Chemicals' rights to the Hartindo AF21 Anti-fire Inhibitor product to the company or PCL. Since February 2011, Newstar Holdings PTE LTD has possessed exclusive intellectual property rights over all Hartindo products. Among its April 18, 2011 misrepresentations, Megola, Inc. mischaracterized the nature and enforceability of the October 2007 Formula Purchase Agreement, which the parties never performed and which was formally terminated in 2009. And, the now-defunct agency relationship between Newstar Chemicals and Megola, Inc. terminated on December 31, 2010."

Newstar Chemicals terminated the relationship as a result of Joel Gardner's unlawful use of the Hartindo product trademarks. Despite Joel Gardner's written assertions that the trademarks had been returned to Newstar Chemicals, neither Joel Gardner nor Megola, Inc. has performed any such transfer. Newstar Chemicals does not have an exclusive agency relationship with Megola, Inc., nor has it extended its rights to manufacture Newstar Chemicals' products to Megola, Inc. As a result of Megola, Inc.'s illegal conduct and the resulting harm to Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN BHD and Newstar Holdings PTE LTD, and its distributor, EcoBlu Products, Inc., (OTCBB: ECOB) Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN BHD, Newstar Holdings PTE LTD and Randall Hart have sued Megola, Inc. and Joel Gardner in federal court in Manhattan, New York.

Mr. Hart has no relationship with 177601 Ontario.

177601 Ontario does not have the right or ability to signed any kind of technology purchase agreement for the Intellectual Properties to the AF21 Anti-Fire Inhibitor product.

Since February 2011, Newstar Holdings PTE LTD has possessed exclusive intellectual property rights over all Hartindo products including AF21 Anti-Fire Inhibitor product.

Among its April 18, 2011 misrepresentations, Megola, Inc. mischaracterized the nature and enforceability of the October 2007 Formula Purchase Agreement, which the parties never performed and which was formally terminated in 2009.

And, the now-defunct agency relationship between Newstar Chemicals and Megola, Inc. terminated on December 31, 2010

So Joel Gardner doesn't have an enforceable agreement / relationship with 1771601 Ontario because 1771601 Ontario doesn't have an agreement / relationship with NewStar or Mr. Hart.

This is the April 18, 2011 PR
