La Jolla is keeping The Authorized Shares at 6 billion , and the filings show a phenomenal amount of Preferred Shares that will be converted at 66,000 common for ONE Preferred Share , and other Preferred Shares at 1,000 common for one Preferred Share .
That will be very serious dilution once the ticker returns to LJPC ....in my careful assessment .
