Thanks for answering.

I can't help but think that the whole BCSC probe was instigated by the company somehow. What I'm getting at is a time issue. They needed time because of the hints of buyout that have always been lurking. It's all supposition, of course, but after reading all the posts on Yahoo Message Board for months and months I come to no other explanation than buy out/take over, hostle or otherwise.

Could be wrong and hope I am.
