Yes The 10K was to be out by April 15th but we got the 10NT instead.
Ok so UNRG is closing in on the last day which is May 15th now.

And the reason I say the 15th of may is because the Vise president said that there would be no extention for the 10Q ok
The 10Q may come out on the same day as the 10K in this instance.

But the deadline is May 15th.

As I have understood it.
