As one who was burnt by Manthey and AENG, please do not make the same mistake I did. Do your DD and then if you think it a valid investment then so be it.
One red flag for me with MHYR is the lack of a secured patent. They applied for a provisional patent in Aussie land but withdrew the application... why?
Will AENG have any claims against MHYR for patenet infrigments? Was the ECO-Engine developed while Manthey was on the AENG payroll?
