knight247: Peter started out by partnering with Lingenfelter in Decatur, Indiana. Lingen.... is super well known across the drag racing biz as a great builder of GM, mostly, engines, etc. Peter latched into a winning partner, but screwed it up.
The biz plan was to offer modified car engines and better styling parts to make cars look better, first was the late model GTO's, that ended up in 3 years of not selling well. Peter overpriced their offering and did not have a decent marketing plan to sell their wares.
Peter, then, with his finance buddies dumping stock prematurely, came out with the ridiculas plan to try to build kit cars and make them to appear to be OEM. Peter never had the money to try to go into the OEM car production and sales biz. He did it for some reason.
The man has never spoken to the shareholders about all the above and never will. If Peter is not a scammer type guy, he has to be the most naive 50 year old in the damn world.
