scalecar-still this is a company with minimal revenue streams and assets with correspondingly minimal expense lines. P & L's for a small company like MSEP are still simple. Sales - expenses = profits. Assets-liabilities=shareholder equity.
The delays might be on the auditing side and I'm sure the bigger companies get theirs done first but my guess is it's still a matter of getting your house in order and turning in data to the auditors on a timely basis.
