When the Form 10-12ga is approved the SEC will post a "notice of effectiveness" notated w/the acronym EFFECT under SIAF's Filings.

It's likely that submitting another Audited Report has allowed it (SIAF) to be elevated to QX tier status. Probably, nothing more than this.
