All pure speculation, but someone told me that VFIN is on ask.

On my L1s I see the ask size at 5000, which means whoever is on there either has an extremely thin position, or they are not following the new rules.

I'm guessing that's VFIN on there and he's not following the new rules.... in which case, he's probably still manipulating.
