Ping Down with 600 shares @ the BID of .0039 ($2.40 worth of shares). There are only 14,900 shares being offered at the ASK of .004

I am sure the MM trying to manipulate the PPS down doesn't like me to post this information.

It will be much harder for this MM to create panic selling especially if we work together informing other investors of this obvious and insidious attempt at manipulation.

In response to how much to retire on the answer is quite simple: take how many millions you need to retire and divide that by the high PPS you believe TADF will hit , and then purchase that many shares. . I would suggest approx. 40 million shares if you live in the northeast and plan to stay there. 40 million should give you the ability to liquidate small blocks on the run to .50 cents. If your a hermit then 2 million should do fine.
