Don't forget that their 'Investors' have been whining like teenage brats for just as long. The company has released statements to quiet the concerns and rumors that were floating around.
I can't blame the company for putting out the PRs they did because at the time they were warranted. Hopefully now with some official documents out we will have fewer 'Investors' giving management a headache.
