We should have received financials regularly over the past three years. "Non-reporting" makes this not required, but doesn't make it right. We know nothing. Gene isn't helping us right now. It seems unlikely that will change. I want us to succeed. We can't if Gene remains hidden from us.

Just because Gene mentions financials ... doesn't mean it will EVER happen.
Gene is behind multiple years in filing financials.
File 2008 first ... you know ... the year with the increased financial projections of revenue.

Those who have done their Due Diligence, those who have studied the company and its history should know exactly what to expect.

If Gene mentions financials it doesn't mean it is going to happen overnight, if Gene mentions it, it means it will never happen.

Considering the history I would expect Gene NOT to mention financials unless he was ready or very near ready to producing them. Not say they are coming when they are not. Same with wild revenue projections made in late 2008-9 that never came to be. He needs to do what he says not just keep saying stuff that sounds promising. And we should hold him accountable not make excuses for him to continue to under perform.

why do financials need the right time? That is the most ridiculous statement I ever heard and I'm sure the IRS would agree.

8Q's and 10k 's is very important to brokers willing to clear certs or accept shares. This would be RCCH's first line of defense against how long the DTCC and the SEC keeps the global lock on. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, Some cheesy lawyer with a RCCH email address is RCCH's plan of attack..LMAO
