I just e-mailed Mr. Colon expressing my concerns regarding our falling stock price, and the company's continued silence regarding what is or isn't going on. Don't know if he'll reply to this one, but if he does I will keep you guys informed. Florida

This is true!! On 3/4/2011 in there letter to shareholders it said they are very concerned about the market pricing of there shares and back then they were over 2 cents- so just how concerned are they now??? and what is being done to address the issue? Lots of new small cap companies have paid awareness and if its done with reputable firms you can bring in investors who will hold onto the stock and not just traders-they telemarket me all the time. I know why I am invested in this company -the risk/reward is ABSOLUTELY off the charts and as Rickkei said the head person is a finance man.

In regards to No dummy-post I think that if this company pulled off over 100 million in stand by equity line of credit that if there were acquisitions in the short term that they could achieve a 20-25 million dollar direct lender loan as there stand by equity is over 5 times that and is untouched- In most cases I would have more concern but with Mr. Gandys banking background Im sure this is his strongsuit and why he is the majority shareholder- but I too would like S-1 Filing and backing documents. When you buy into penny plays your usually buying into there potential and priced below a penny I can say with a straight face that this company could reward early investors 25 times over!!!!! I think Florida has the right idea contacting the company about market pricing of there shares- and more people [/b]should do just that. because people dont want cliche like answers committed to this or that they want proof of concern- Idk how soon S-1 will arrive but I expect it soon and If there not any other developments I hope the company realizes there early/loyal shareholders have taken part in a very ugly rollout of there stock and they would be naive to think that they dont at least play a role in the market pricing of there shares. So I hope the company and fellow investors can work together- by contacting the company and expressing there concerns in the right manner and the company then taking action- Another 20 minute conference call could help as I think there would be enought to talk about and a whole list of questions that have formed since the last conference call- but lets see how concernced the company is? they have held a conference call and added an interactive facebook page and that is great but something should be done about this pricing- 3/4ths of a penny for those who bought in at 5-10 cents is showing the company is not delivering there message effectively. I look forward to great things but in the meantime Im feeling a little sick like everybody else. JMO
