awsl doesn't actually look like an email @ least in that format but kudos for being so on top of fit contracts but no where in that does it mention awsl. do not believe anyone had ever mentioned that there wasn't a fit program just that awsl had not been awarded nor gotten any contracts to date. any day any day any day for months has been all we have heard as the battle cry from canada or should we say awsl. kind of like that s1 being filed, or the audit having been completed; how many months ago or what year was that press release put out?

...The OPA’s next step is to begin awarding phase three contracts for capacity allocation exempt (CAE) projects (under 500 kilowatts) that applied between June 5, 2010, and December 7, 2010.

that does not interpet that AWSL will receive any of those contracts.

there is no proof that AWSL even applied for OPA/FIT

if AWSL management is consistent with their timeliness as they have been for the promised and completed financials to be posted and the alleged S-1 filing, which never took place although shareholders were told it was in writing,...then

logic states that the possibility is more then 50/50 that the OPA/FIT applications were not even applied for.

time...will...tell.
