I agree with that 'noretreat'...I've had my real estate brokers license (NOT as my primary source of employment) since 78 ( residential NOT commercial ) but have been involved with many commercial deals over the last 33 years. It certainly CAN take that long if there are inspection (backlog)or contractual issues but one would have to assume that given the current condition of the market ( both residential and commercial ), that would be an aberation. However, the reality is that in Real Estate transactions, if anything can go wrong, it probably WILL, ha-ha. The GOOD news is that I firmly believe the NNVC leadership has MOVED FORWARD with the facility and announcement will be forthcoming very soon.

Restating the obvious... it shouldn't take four months to do secondary inspections.

Given the fact (hate to inject facts here) that NNVC has on several other occasions said they had a manufacturing facility set up, the "delay" (wink wink) is not surprising.

In 2007, they supposedly had a production partner. Does it typically take four years to execute such an agreement?

If a company puts things off forever, are they really coming soon?

there are a lot of inconsistencies and missed deadlines, offset by a lot of spectacular pre-clinical results.
