Steve and Palm, I agree with both of you. But, I think that the Montana startup and its news will have a substantial impact.
Reason is that there are two criteria at play...
CPOW's and Great Plains required runrates each to its individual agenda...
These runrates will help us to understand capabilities on upgrading runrates for entire production in all facilities.
This further would help us to understand the JV better and how the company will handle the 500,000MT annual requirement.
With these runrates it will help us to understand the revenue stream they will create.
Positive impact will happen with substantial increase in runrates and revenue stream.
